Before you start সাধারণ প্রশ্ন
Do patients need to install an app?
No. They open a link or scan the QR poster, enter their mobile number and the SMS code. They can add the page to their home screen if they like.
What do I need for my own website?
Ordinary cPanel hosting with PHP and MySQL, a domain, and an SMS account (for example RTCOM). Nextron can set it all up for you. The platform edition needs nothing at all.
Does it work if the internet is slow?
Yes. Pages are light and work on 3G. The TV only needs a browser, an Android TV or a cheap TV box is enough.
Who can see the patients' data?
Only your chamber's logins. Each doctor on the platform has a separate database, and the public pages never show phone numbers or prescriptions.
Can I keep a copy of my data?
Yes. Settings → Backup downloads everything in one file, and a copy is kept on the server every day for a week.
Can my existing patients' serial numbers continue?
Yes. Reception adds walk-ins and phone bookings into the same queue, so online and offline patients share one serial list.
