This service is run by Doctor Serial (operated by Nextron). By booking a serial or using this site, you agree to these terms.

For patients

• The serial time is approximate. It can move if earlier patients take more or less time.
• Come to the chamber at least 15 minutes before your approximate time. If you are not there when called, your serial may be moved back.
• The chamber may change or cancel serials if the doctor is ill or for an emergency. We will tell you by SMS when we can.
• The doctor's fee is paid at the chamber. This site takes no payment.
• Never share your OTP with anyone, not even chamber staff.
• Fake bookings, booking with someone else's number, or other misuse may get that number blocked.
• This site is for serials and records only. In an emergency, do not wait: go to the nearest hospital.

For doctors (platform)

• Plans and trial: a new account starts with a free trial. After that, the plan agreed with Nextron applies.
• SMS limit: each plan includes a set number of SMS per month. When it runs out, reminder SMS stop; login OTPs are always sent.
• Booking pauses: when the plan ends or the account is suspended, new bookings pause. Existing data is not deleted.
• Medical responsibility: the doctor is responsible for prescriptions, medicines, advice and everything in the profile. Nextron provides software, not medical care.
• Payment: by bKash or bank transfer, as agreed with Nextron.
• Suspension: Nextron may suspend an account for misuse, spam SMS, false information or unpaid dues.
• Data export: on request, we give you your patients, serials and prescriptions in a file.
• Patient data: use it only for treatment and keep it confidential.

Limitation of liability

We try to keep the service running at all times. Internet, SMS gateway or server problems can still cause interruptions. The platform and Nextron are not liable for loss caused by a late or missing SMS or by a change in the serial time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be settled by the courts of Dhaka.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new date will appear at the top of this page.
