এই সিরিয়াল বুকিং সেবা পরিচালনা করে Doctor Serial (পরিচালনায় নেক্সট্রন / Nextron)। আপনার তথ্য কীভাবে নেওয়া হয়, কেন নেওয়া হয় আর কীভাবে সুরক্ষিত রাখা হয়, তা এখানে সহজ ভাষায় লেখা আছে।

১. আমরা কী তথ্য রাখি

• রোগীর তথ্য: মোবাইল নম্বর, নাম, বয়স, লিঙ্গ, ঠিকানা (চাইলে দেবেন), আর সমস্যার সংক্ষিপ্ত বিবরণ।
• সিরিয়াল: কোন দিন, কোন ডাক্তার, কত নম্বর সিরিয়াল, এসেছেন কি না, ফি জমা হয়েছে কি না।
• প্রেসক্রিপশন: ডাক্তার যা লেখেন — ওষুধ, পরীক্ষা, পরামর্শ, ফলো-আপের তারিখ।
• স্টাফ লগইন: ডাক্তার, অ্যাসিস্ট্যান্ট ও অ্যাডমিনের নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর আর পাসওয়ার্ড (পাসওয়ার্ড এনক্রিপ্ট করে রাখা হয়, কেউ পড়তে পারে না)।
• ডাক্তারের প্রোফাইল: নাম, ডিগ্রি, ছবি, চেম্বারের ঠিকানা, সময়সূচি ও ফি — এগুলো সবার জন্য খোলা থাকে।

২. কেন এই তথ্য লাগে

• সিরিয়াল বুক করা আর আপনার আনুমানিক সময় জানানো।
• SMS-এ বুকিং নিশ্চিত করা, আগের রাতে মনে করিয়ে দেওয়া, আর সিরিয়াল কাছে এলে জানানো।
• ফলো-আপের তারিখ এগিয়ে এলে মনে করিয়ে দেওয়া।
• ডাক্তার যেন আপনার আগের ভিজিট আর প্রেসক্রিপশন দেখে চিকিৎসা দিতে পারেন।

৩. SMS ও OTP

SMS পাঠানো হয় বাংলাদেশের একটি SMS গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে। এজন্য শুধু আপনার মোবাইল নম্বর আর বার্তাটুকু গেটওয়েতে যায়। লগইনের সময় আপনার মোবাইলে একটি OTP (এককালীন কোড) যায়। এতে বোঝা যায় নম্বরটি সত্যিই আপনার। কোনো পাসওয়ার্ড মনে রাখতে হয় না।

৪. আমরা তথ্য বিক্রি করি না

আপনার তথ্য কারও কাছে বিক্রি করা হয় না। বিজ্ঞাপন বা মার্কেটিংয়ের জন্য কাউকে দেওয়াও হয় না। আইন অনুযায়ী সরকারি কর্তৃপক্ষ বৈধভাবে চাইলে শুধু তখনই দেওয়া হতে পারে।

৫. কে কী দেখতে পায়

• রোগী: OTP দিয়ে লগইন করে শুধু নিজের সিরিয়াল আর প্রেসক্রিপশন দেখতে পান।
• ডাক্তার ও চেম্বারের স্টাফ: শুধু নিজেদের চেম্বারের রোগীর রেকর্ড দেখেন। অ্যাসিস্ট্যান্ট সিরিয়াল চালান, সেটিংস বদলাতে পারেন না।
• প্ল্যাটফর্মে: প্রতিটি ডাক্তারের তথ্য আলাদা ডাটাবেসে থাকে। এক ডাক্তার আরেক ডাক্তারের রোগী দেখতে পান না। নেক্সট্রন শুধু কারিগরি সাপোর্ট বা সমস্যা সমাধানের প্রয়োজনে প্রবেশ করে।

৬. তথ্য কতদিন রাখা হয়

চেম্বার যতদিন এই সেবা ব্যবহার করে, ততদিন তথ্য রাখা হয়। কারণ পরের ভিজিটে ডাক্তারের আগের রেকর্ড দরকার হয়। আপনি চাইলে চেম্বারকে বলে আপনার তথ্য মুছে ফেলতে পারেন।

৭. কুকি

আমরা শুধু দুটি জিনিস ব্রাউজারে রাখি: লগইন ধরে রাখার একটি সেশন কুকি, আর আপনি বাংলা না ইংরেজি বেছে নিয়েছেন সেটা। কোনো বিজ্ঞাপন বা ট্র্যাকিং কুকি নেই।

৮. নিরাপত্তা

• সাইট HTTPS (তালা চিহ্ন) দিয়ে চলে, তাই পথে কেউ তথ্য পড়তে পারে না।
• স্টাফের পাসওয়ার্ড এনক্রিপ্ট করে রাখা হয়।
• OTP কয়েক মিনিট পর বাতিল হয়ে যায়, আর বারবার ভুল চেষ্টা আটকে দেওয়া হয়।
• নিয়মিত ব্যাকআপ নেওয়া হয়।

তবে ইন্টারনেটে কোনো ব্যবস্থাই শতভাগ নিরাপদ নয়। আপনার OTP বা পাসওয়ার্ড কাউকে দেবেন না।

৯. আইন

এই নীতি বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন মেনে চলে, যার মধ্যে ডিজিটাল/সাইবার নিরাপত্তা ও ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সুরক্ষা সংক্রান্ত আইন রয়েছে। আইন বদলালে এই নীতিও হালনাগাদ করা হবে।

This serial booking service is run by Doctor Serial (operated by Nextron). This page explains, in plain words, what we collect, why, and how we keep it safe.

1. What we collect

• Patient details: mobile number, name, age, sex, address (optional) and a short note on the problem.
• Serials: the date, the doctor, your serial number, whether you came, and whether the fee was paid.
• Prescriptions: what the doctor writes: medicines, tests, advice and the follow-up date.
• Staff logins: names, mobile numbers and passwords of doctors, assistants and admins. Passwords are stored encrypted (hashed).
• Doctor profile: name, degrees, photo, chamber address, schedule and fee. These are public.

2. Why we need it

• To book your serial and tell you your approximate time.
• To confirm the booking by SMS, remind you the night before, and alert you when your turn is near.
• To remind you when a follow-up visit is due.
• So the doctor can see your earlier visits and prescriptions.

3. SMS and OTP

SMS are sent through a Bangladeshi SMS gateway. Only your mobile number and the message go to the gateway. To log in, you get a one-time code (OTP) on your mobile. This proves the number is yours. You do not need a password.

4. We do not sell your data

We never sell your information. We do not share it for advertising or marketing. We may share it only when a government authority lawfully requires it.

5. Who can see what

• Patients: after OTP login, you see only your own serials and prescriptions.
• The doctor and chamber staff: see only their own chamber's patient records. Assistants run the queue but cannot change settings.
• On the platform: each doctor's data is kept in a separate database. One doctor cannot see another doctor's patients. Nextron accesses data only for technical support or to fix a problem.

6. How long we keep it

We keep the data while the chamber uses this service, because the doctor needs your history at the next visit. You can ask the chamber to delete your data.

7. Cookies

We store only two things in your browser: a session cookie that keeps you logged in, and your language choice (Bangla or English). There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Security

• The site runs over HTTPS (the lock icon), so data cannot be read on the way.
• Staff passwords are stored encrypted.
• An OTP expires after a few minutes, and repeated wrong attempts are blocked.
• Backups are taken regularly.

No system on the internet is 100% safe. Never share your OTP or password with anyone.

9. Law

This policy follows the laws of Bangladesh, including the laws on digital and cyber security and on personal data protection. We will update it if the law changes.
